JOB DESCRIPTION
• Establishing the Gynaec division across the country with major focus on Brand building and KOL/ KBL rapport focus
• Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve assigned sales targets
• Developing and implementing effective sales & Marketing strategies
• Ensuring implementation of the designed strategies across hierarchies
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Key customer accounts
Job brief
We are looking for an experienced National sales manager to contribute to our company's sales & growth objectives. The responsibilities include supervising the sales team, close coordination with the Marketing team and building long-term relationship with KOLs & KBLs across the country.
As a National sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position.
Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with your reporting team and important customers.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Drive key activities in the team and conduct regular reviews to ensure high performance
• Gain market insights via team and personal field visits and guide the Marketing Team to evolve effective strategies
• Strategize with the Marketing for future division growth and New Product launch & success
• Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as a National sales manager
• Experience managing a high performance sales team
• An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
• Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed
• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Science preferred
• Proven track record & experience in Gynecology segment is a must
