Qualifications – MBA

Experience – 15-18 years, out of which a minimum of 5 years in the leadership position

National Sales Manager is the front face of the organization, responsible for developing sales strategies of the organization, including developing a sales team with an objective to increase the revenue for the organization. This is revenue generation and a target-driven position.

Core experience & Skills Required
• He will strategize the market penetration strategy and develop sales presence in new markets.
• He willDevelop sales strategies to establish organization and product presence and sales in new geographies.
• In the established markets, he will be responsible to create sales strategies leading to business profitability, enhance product penetration and increase market share
• Responsible for strategizing the distribution sales network in the country
• With the help of his team, he will develop sales and sales force policies, with an aim to motivate his employees and also generate maximum revenue. He will motivate the sales team to establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives to meet sales targets
• He will implement and get the strategies implemented through his team
• He will build collaborative relationships with internal stake holders
• He will create sales budgets and sales targets for the team
• He will be responsible for productivity of his direct and indirect team
• He will drive the business through deep understanding of market and consumer behavior
• Along with the marketing team, he will analyze marketing trends, and provide inputs for the marketing strategy
• Will design and implement brand strategy in alignment with the organization values and target customer
• He will develop his team, for higher results and productivity.
• He should have in-depth knowledge and know-how of the forces driving the market and sales
