Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Specialist - HoReCa at Clay Craft India Private Limited. The National Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, business development, and providing excellent customer service, specifically to Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes. The role will involve effective communication and managing the sales process to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
• Masters in Business Administration (MBA) - Marketing preferred.
• Prior experience with Hotel industry is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in customer service
• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
• Knowledge of sales operations and business development
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
• Proficiency in relevant sales software and tools
