As the National Service Delivery Manager, you will have the strategic responsibility for leading and co-ordinating service delivery teams and projects. Reporting directly to the Head of Response Operations, you will manage large-scale event operations, oversee fleet and logistics, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance community response activities.
