Job Description
The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service.
Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for designing & implementing robust Technical policies for Housing, MSE and M LAP Responsible for monitoring Quality of technical vendors across all the verticals – M-LAP, Housing and MSE.
Responsible for designing Bank level technical policies by analyzing the risks and mitigates of the collaterals being offered to the bank.
Responsible for building robust internal technical team which will comprise Lead/Area/Regional Technical managers and Technical Officers across all the regions.
Responsible for ensuring the empaneled vendors are delivering reports within stipulated TAT and ensuring the vendors are delivering quality reports.
Responsible for timely Revaluation of the Collaterals and NPA accounts. Responsible for enlisting Board approved vendors & to obtained fair Valuation for the properties being Auctioned. Functional Skills Required.
Sound knowledge on Technical evaluation of collaterals in affordable Housing, MSE and M LAP segments Sound knowledge in structural aspects of the Collaterals in real estate.
Strong hold on policy and process with ability to interact with customers, internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Ability to articulate policies and make management presentations Understanding of best practices prevailing in market with respect to Technical evaluation for retail and MSE customers Cost effectiveness and Fiscal Awareness Excellent oral/written communication, analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to drive organization change and improve functions. Qualifications MBA / Post-graduation/BE Civil Engineering 15+ years' of Technical evaluation experience
