FMG's Tort and Catastrophic Loss sections are dedicated to representing corporations and insurance companies in general liability, professional liability, and insurance coverage issues. Our team provides national and coordinating counsel services for various carriers and corporations in their litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective case strategies
• Prepare and respond to complex discovery requests
• Represent clients in court and negotiate settlements
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve outstanding results
Essential Qualifications:
• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Nevada
• Proven track record of success in litigation
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
