National Education and Training Manager:
Qualification & Experience: PhD in Audiology with a work experience in the hearing healthcare domain for a minimum of 5 years, wherein a major part of the work experience should be in Education & Training.
OR
Candidates with master’s qualification (MASLP/ MSc Audiology) and exceptional technical knowledge and communication skills with an experience of Minimum 7 years in the healthcare domain (majorly in education and training) may also apply.
Essential:
Good Communication skills with proficiency in English with Excellent interpersonal skills.
Updated Knowledge in hearing and speech sciences and implantable hearing solutions. Location: Delhi NCR
Remuneration: Best by industry standards. Will be commensurate to qualifications, skills & experience

• Planning and executing educational and training related activities and conducting workshops for all employees and customers.
• Coordinating surgical training workshops for surgeons and provide educational and training related support.
• As an in-charge of Academy, helping to draw and setup plans for the start-up of the academy and to plan activities through the academy.
• Facilitating the sales growth and market presence of our products through planned meetings, discussions and trainings about updates in our technology and products with all stake holders in the value chain.
