Qualifications
• Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and achieving performance targets

• Experience and efficiency in handling collections, recovery processes, and customer outreach
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively in a team, and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in NBFCs, microfinance institutions, or the banking and finance sector is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
