Job Description
Candidate need to handle day to day Customer complaint.
He/She should have knowledge of RF KPIs, Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Integrity etc.
He/She should have to know about RF quality parameter- RSRP, SINR, CQI, IP Throughput etc.
Day to day interaction with CE team or Head to reduce the high priority customer complaint.
Holistic Network action plan to reduce the overall customer complaint of circle.
Candidate have good interpersonal team skills which can required to communicate cross function/Department to close all type of Network planned actions.
Candidate have to work proactively with NHQ and CE team and prepare long term solution action, NCRT role is the driver from Network function to resolved all type of complaint and reduction month on month.
