These checks and reviews are made in strict accordance with regulatory requirement and the bank’s internal policies. The project involves verification of the Client data, performing due diligence checks on the Clients, reviewing KYC documentation performing the risk assessment of the Client, liaising with the Business/Compliance, advising on KYC requirements and signing off on new client adoptions.The Reg & Tax analyst role is an operations function where you will be involved in reviewing various regulatory documents related to clients to ensure that all the regulatory requirements are met and the bank is in compliance. Selected candidate would be contributing in the clearing of listed Futures and Options transaction on major listed derivatives exchanges worldwide • Setting up of accounts & instruments in Clearvision, Globe, AMDM GMI etc. • Resolving queries related to commissions and other Static data issues. • Updating commissions & fees as per the ticket raised by respective teams. • Keeping her/his self-updated with latest changes and effectively using updates while working on requests. • Performs process in compliance with KOP’s and is capable of performing complex or high risk/impact tasks within the process. • Understands the purpose of the process performed, key risks and mitigating controls. • Capable of identifying process or control failure points. Proactively escalates for remediation and contributes ideas for resolution. • Good understanding of the functions performed by underlying systems used in the process. Good level of understanding of Front to back connectivity from a process and system perspective Your skills and experience • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication. Should effectively communicate with stockholders. • Must have a basic understanding of financial Products and their life cycle.
