About the Role
SSNDIS is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NDIS & Aged Care Admin Officer to support the intake process and general administrative operations of our NDIS & Aged Care service. The ideal candidate will have experience with NDIS systems, excellent communication skills, and a person-centred approach to supporting participants and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process new participant referrals.
Liaise with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied professionals to gather relevant documentation & arrange appointments
Schedule intake assessments, meetings, and follow-ups.
Ensure timely preparation of Service Agreements, risk assessments, and participant profiles.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Handle emails, and general enquiries.
Assist in maintaining participant documentation in line with NDIS & Aged care Practice Standards.
Essential Criteria
Prior experience in an admin/intake or similar role within the disability or community services sector.
Knowledge of the Aged care & NDIS framework and participant pathways.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
Ability to start ASAP.
Desirable Criteria
Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
Multilingual
Understanding of the Aged care & NDIS Practice guidelines
Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Community Services or related field.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $68,000.00 per year
