About the Role
We are seeking a Casual Support Coordinator/Plan Manager to support a small caseload of NDIS participants, with the opportunity to grow your portfolio over time.
This is a work-from-home role suited to someone who is self-motivated, organised, and passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Support Coordination services to NDIS participants
Assist with understanding and implementing NDIS plans
Connect participants with appropriate supports and services
Monitor progress and maintain case notes and reporting
Provide general administrative support
Assist with basic plan management tasks as required
About You
Experience in Support Coordination, NDIS, or community services (preferred)
Relevant qualifications in community services, social work, psychology or similar (desirable)
Lived experience with disability, mental health, or caring roles (highly regarded)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Understanding of NDIS processes and compliance (preferred)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $40.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 35 per week
