Healing Care Support Services is a growing, values-driven NDIS provider based in Melbourne, built on genuine care, trust, and strong relationships. We are committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for every participant.
We are now seeking an experienced Support Coordinator (Contractor) to work closely with the Director, support our current clients, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
About the Role
This is more than a standard Support Coordination role. You will work directly alongside the Director, manage and support existing Level 2 and Level 3 participants, ensure high-quality service delivery, and play a key role in building the business.
The role is ideal for someone looking to start with approximately 10–15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and implement NDIS plans effectively
Support participants to exercise choice and control
Build strong, trusting relationships with participants and families
Connect participants with quality providers
Negotiate service agreements
Monitor progress and prepare reports for NDIA reviews
Contribute to business growth through strong participant outcomes
Requirements
Minimum 12 months NDIS Support Coordination experience
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework
Ability to confidently manage your own caseload
Relevant qualification (Social Work, Community Services, Allied Health, or similar)
NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC
ABN and appropriate insurances (required)
