Better Beyond Care Services (BBCS) is seeking experienced, independent Support Coordinators to join our team in the Hunter region. We are all about our clients—getting them to where they need to be by looking "beyond" their disability. We are looking for proactive partners who don't just check boxes, but mentor people toward genuine independence.
The Role: Excellence in Coordination
As a contractor with BBCS, your focus is on high-impact support. Your key responsibilities include:
Plan Implementation & Optimisation: Translating complex NDIS plans into actionable goals and ensuring every funded dollar is used effectively.
Capacity Building & Coaching: Mentoring participants to build the skills and confidence needed to manage their own supports and advocate for their needs over time.
Complex Case & Crisis Management: Designing preventative safeguards and providing expert intervention for participants with high-risk or complex multi-agency needs (Level 3 Specialist Coordination).
Budget & Service Oversight: Monitoring plan budgets and negotiating service agreements with providers to ensure quality and value for money.
Reporting & Reviews: Preparing professional progress reports for the NDIA and leading participants through plan reassessments and reviews.

What You Need
Experience: 2+ years in NDIS Support Coordination or Case Management.
Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field.
Compliance: NDIS Worker Screening, Driver’s License, and a reliable vehicle.
Business Ready: Valid ABN, Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
