Better Beyond Care Services (BBCS) is looking for a results-driven Support Coordinator to lead our expansion across the Sydney region. We are looking for a specialist who can bridge the gap between a participant's goals and the local provider network, building a thriving caseload through reputation and exceptional outcomes.
Your Mission: Autonomy with Impact This is a work-from-home contractor role designed for a proactive professional who views Support Coordination as a partnership.
Grow Your Caseload: You will have the drive to actively build and sustain your participant list, leveraging both our referral pipeline and your own professional networking.
Provider Relationship Mastery: You aren't just looking for services; you are building a "gold standard" network of Sydney-based providers to ensure your participants get the best bespoke care.
The Independence Architect: Your success is measured by your participants' growth. You will focus on capacity building, helping participants move toward self-advocacy and reduced reliance on formal supports.
Professional Independence: Manage your own schedule, while enjoying the mentorship, administrative support, and proven framework of the BBCS team.

About You:
You are a "solutions-first" professional who understands that building relationships is the key to NDIS success in a competitive market like Sydney.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, Disability Studies, or a closely related human services field.
NDIS Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in Support Coordination or Case Management.
Network Savvy: Proven ability to build and maintain high-quality relationships with local providers and stakeholders.
Business Ready: You must have an ABN, Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, and the ability to manage your own contractor obligations.

Current Driver’s License and a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle for local travel (client visits generally within 30 mins of your location).
100 Points of ID and full Australian working rights.
