About the Role

Join a compassionate, participant-focused NDIS provider delivering high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with diverse disabilities. We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist participants in living independently, engaging meaningfully with their communities, and achieving their NDIS goals. This role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle—whether you're seeking part-time hours, casual shifts, or full-time employment.Key Responsibilities

Support participants to access community, social, and recreational activities (e.g., shopping, attending places of worship, parks, cafes, and events) in line with their individual goals and preferences
Assist with personal care tasks with dignity and respect, including support with showering, oral hygiene, continence management, and dressing as required
Support with domestic tasks to maintain a safe, clean living environment (e.g., meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry, and household organisation)
Encourage and facilitate skill development in daily living activities to promote independence
Maintain accurate, timely records including support notes, incident reports, and progress updates in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards
Uphold participant rights, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals as part of a broader support network
Essential Requirements

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply immediately)
Valid National Police Certificate (within last 12 months)
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 or equivalent) and CPR certification
Unrestricted Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for community access support)
Demonstrated understanding of person-centred support and disability rights frameworks
Strong communication skills and ability to build trusting, respectful relationships
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and occasional evenings
Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) (CHC33015/CHC33021) or equivalent
Previous experience supporting people with intellectual, psychosocial, or physical disabilities
Understanding of positive behaviour support principles
Cultural awareness and ability to support participants from diverse backgrounds
Experience supporting participants with complex needs or high-support requirements
