Job Description
1.Preparing the Inspection test plan (ITP)
2.Visual inspection of fit-up joints prior to the welding
3.Examine the completed weld joints as per the customer requirement
4.Monitoring the executing work with related codes and standards
5.Manintaining the records of calibration,inspection and testing equipment as per the quality systems procedures and standards
6.Preparing welding inspection reports (WIR) of all welding joints
7.Preparing material acceptance report,consumable inspection reports and reviewing test certificates as per codes getting clearance from clients.
8.Should know Penetrant testing,
+.Magnetic particle testing,
10.Ultrasonic testing,Visual testing
11.Radiographic testing/Film interpretaion
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech-Mechanical with NDT ASNT Level-II Certification.
