Job description
Trimahi is currently seeking an experienced project manager with 1 to 2 years experience in Residential & commercial interiors.
A project manager is responsible for schedule management, cost, inspections, subcontractor coordination to ensure the profitable and on time delivery of all projects under your supervision.
Must have proven experience in the management and coordination of multiple projects.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Managing projects from start to finish in line with project specifications (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, POP, False ceilings, Carpentry, Painting & so on.).
2. Understand the designs & explain to workers to get best finish in a given time.
3. Attending client & design team meetings.
4. Coordinating with vendors & subcontractors as per the project requirements.
5. Communicate and coordinate all actions with Architect, Engineer and Owner.
6. Taking the required precautions to avoid damages.
7. Preparing of BOQs of Hardware, Electrical, Woodwork shortage materials etc & get it with the concern person with our approval.
8. Attending for the customer quires & managing of all departments like Civil, Electrical, POP, Carpentry, Painting etc.
9. If required need to visit wood & CNC factory to explain about the design & get it ready.
10. Prioritize the activities in sequence, planning & scheduling works to save the resources like Man, Material & Time.
11. Promote and foster a positive team environment through communication and work ethic; help identify issues and work to resolve conflicts.
12. Handle all project disputes, risk identification & mitigation.
13. Monitoring & control, Error management, Quality control & safety.
14. Every day you have to update us on the site status & materials etc.
15. Have to manage multiple projects.
Job Requirements :
1. Excellent communication and management skills.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Bachler of masters degree in Architecture or interiors.
4. Strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines.
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Salary : ₹11,131.00 - ₹14,176.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education :
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience :
