Need Area Sales Manager for Home Loan for a NBFC in VIJAYAVADA,HYD and UDAIPUR.
JOB DISCRIPTION:
I. BASIC ROLE INFORMATION:
1. Function / Department / Vertical : Home Loans - Sales
2. Years of Experience: 10 years and above
3. Management Level: Senior Manager / AVP
4. Accountable to (position) : National Sales Head
5. Educational Qualifications: MBA / Post Graduate / Graduate
II. RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
1. Ensure targets are met and team management.
2. Desired candidate will be the single point of contact in the team responsible for seeing a transaction from pitch to closure, liaising with client and all internal teams at branch level.
3. Credit - require sector / industry expertise, analysis, preparation / presentation of transaction to senior stakeholders.
4. Local tie-ups with DSAs to generate loan pipelines and manage the channels.
5. Liaising with internal Operations teams and counsel to ensure execution and closure.
6. Expansion in T2 & T3 cities, targetting retail loans for affordable housing projects.
7. Ensure compliance with regulations.
8. Management of the branch.
+. Build professional relationship with internal employees (EBG and Wealth) to drive x-sell business.
10. Drive open market channel development through DSAs and Connectors.
11. Strong participation in sales events such as meeting with CAs / Doctors etc., participation in exhibitions and roadshows at worksites etc.
12. Conduct regular and detailed trainings and business reviews with branch employees, DSA and Connector Channel to ensure continuous file flow.
13. Measure the productivity and efficiency level of channel partners closely and initiate corrective action as required.
14. Understand competitive landscape and market dynamics of the area to position our products with the customer.
15. Engage closely with Area Sales Manager / Cluster Head to ensure that branding and advertisement at area level are in line with product offering.
16. Provide market insights to Area Sales Manager / Cluster Head in terms of new products, schemes, payouts structures and marketing strategies being offered and run by competition.
III. CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Complete understanding of the Affordable Home Loans lending space.
2. Analytical & Quantitative Skills - Has the ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data to help assess risk and make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations.
3. Complete understanding and hands-on experience of executing lending related documentation such as loan agreement, security documents, KYC etc.
4. Relationship with major developers & DSAs.
5. Indepth understanding & knowledge of customer preferences and real estate market.
6. Relates well with clients at appropriate levels and establishes good working relationships where appropriate.
7. Ability to lead and manage team. Good team-worker.
8. Complete understanding of the Affordable Home Loans lending space.
