NEED HELPER FOR COMPUTER SHOP| Male| Female both

We need a helper for our PC Store. Candidates Between age Group 18- 28 years are preferred. Minimum age of applying is 18 and maximum age of applying is 28. Special preference for Candidates good in communication in hindi/English and having knowledge about computer hardware assembling or have experience in customer dealing/CRM calling Salary expectation must be realistic. Candidates with Unrealistic salary Demands will be terminated on the spot. First telephonic interview must be cleared after that second round walkin interview will be taken at THE PC BUILDER STORE - DELHI HARI NAGAR( BE- 363, SHOP No.5 , 110064) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF STORE HELPER 1) MANAGING OFFLINE STORE AND INVENTORY management. 2) Onsite as well as in store works like procuring raw material( PC Parts) or picking up PC Builds of customers. 3) Technical problems/issues management in PC Builds. Solving PC Build errors or helping in repair work. Such as visiting offline service centers for products warranty claim or RMA Procedure 4) Calling and following up with clients on sales and service related inquiries. Attending customers visiting offline store and eventually building a good relationship with clients OFFICE TIMINGS : 11AM TO 7 : 30PM
