Opportunity to work in Jewellery showroom based in Kasaragod as Counter Sales Executive, ideal candidate from nearby location and have basic retails sales knowledge and client talks experience.
Post: Counter Sales Executive
Location: Kasaragod, Kerala ( Kasaragod area)
Work Schedule: 10:00 to 7:00 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,500.00 – ₹26,000.00 per month + incentives
Education: 10+2 Pass or Graduate or Diploma Holders or any Graduate ready to work as Inside sales jobs in Kasaragod Kerala.
DOJ: Immediate, Urgent joiners preferred
Job Details of Retail Sales Jobs in Kasaragod:
A counter sales executive at Kasaragod jewellery shop, you’ll responsible to greeting customers and providing excellent customer service. Also, assist customers with selecting jewellery, answering questions about products, and handling transactions.
Job Responsibilities of Showroom Sales jobs in Kasaragod:
• Welcoming & Greeting Kasaragod customers
• Provide accurate information on our Jewellery (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services, weight and other details)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Ensure display are fully stocked
• Coordinate with the Kasaragod showroom sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients
• Responsible for all point of sales activities in the Kasaragod showroom.
Required Qualifications for Counter Sales jobs in Kasaragod KL:
• Energetic, Pleasant and Influential personality
• Clear communication & presentation skills.
• To work extended working during festive season beyond working hours
• Negotiation skills
• Knowledge of basic maths and calculation
