Job Description:

As a Counter Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in making purchases and providing exceptional service at our retail stores. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide them with information about products and promotions
• Assist customers in finding the right products based on their requirements
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash registers
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent
