Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and experienced NEET & JEE Trainers to deliver expert instruction for students across Tamil Nadu via:
• One-on-one sessions
• Online classes
• Physical (in-person) classes
Candidates should have a passion for teaching, strong subject fundamentals, and the ability to personalise instruction based on individual student needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-impact coaching for NEET (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and/or JEE (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics).
• Plan and conduct classes in one-on-one format, online platforms, and physical centres as required.
• Create detailed lesson plans, exercises, tests, and revision schedules to improve conceptual understanding.
• Assess student performance regularly and provide feedback, remedial support, and progress reports.
• Motivate and guide students in goal-setting, time management, and exam strategies.
• Collaborate with centre leadership to enhance teaching methods and materials.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics), Engineering, or related fields.
• Preferably with coaching/instruction credentials or subject expertise relevant to competitive exams.
✔ Experience:
• Minimum 1–3+ years of teaching experience in NEET/JEE or similar competitive exam coaching (online and/or offline).
• Proven track record of student improvement or results.
✔ Skills & Traits:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable segments.
• Patient, adaptable, and student-centric teaching approach.
• Comfortable using digital teaching tools & online platforms.
Work Mode & Schedule
🔹 Flexible Teaching Modes: Online, In-person classes at our centre, or at student’s location (if required)
🔹 Timings: Depending on student schedules (evenings, weekends, and weekdays)
🔹 Location: Across Tamil Nadu (primarily Coimbatore and surrounding cities)
