Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Neoploitan style of pizza maker based on artisnal sour dough based pizza. The Pizza Maker will be responsible for preparing a variety of pizzas by following existing recipes, cooking pizzas in wood fired ovens, along with other culinary expertise while managing all preparation tasks such as dough making and ingredient prep. They will also ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen, and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. Qualifications

• Skilled in Artisnal sour dough pizza making

• Experience in Customer Service and Food & Beverage industries

• Strong Communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Food safety certification or relevant qualification
