Channel Management: - Branch Banking- Specified Regions Support Region to meet Overall Digital, MB App Usage , and Bill Payments Usage Targets (For NAV & HNW/Managed) Assigned Ensure implementation of new effective actionables defined during the year Ensure Monthly / Quarterly visit / concall with Circle head / CH / ZH to discuss the current performance/ Digital Initiatives and way forward Training / Marketing support for the region on NB / MB and Bill Payments Ensure resources are called for Feedback and Support Focus on Underperforming Resources / Branches Identification of the underperforming branches / Resources Continuous interaction with the Bottom Resources / Branches Drive and support the resources / branches for improvement Run Drives / track performance for increasing NB / MB and Bill Payment Activations Ensure that visits/ concalls are done and the progress is published for improvement Channel Support - Tracking and Communication Log the report requirement with BIU along with the logic and BRD. Discuss in detail and explain the report logic to BIU Team Coordinate with the BIU team on timely publishing / changes in MIS Frequency of MIS to be defined and followed for proper tracking Change request of any to be given to BIU and followed up for implementation Information published should be accurate and as per proper format defined Ensuring information is distributed through proper channels to reach end user Ensure that the regional requirements on data are delivered Regional Presentations / Adhoc Analysis Adhoc Analysis and regional Presentations Ensure Timely updates Ensure quarterly regional presentation are communicated and discussed NAV : Branch Support : Pan India Liase with the channel on ongoing basis for regular MIS /Training support on the initiatives Launch enabler for performance improvement Visit / interact with the Regions underperforming Identify Gap Areas and suggest improvement Develop tracking mechanism and Publish
