Scope of Work - Technical Support
• We are currently seeking technical support team member for RMX business who can be positioned at the crucial intersection of business, technology and OEM’s to ensure smooth running of the business.
Your key responsibilities
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Provide accurate feedback to customers promptly.
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
To qualify for the role, you must have
• BE/BTech/B.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in support role in SQL.
• Proficiency in development of application in .Net
• Good Understanding on the network and its functions.

To Provide support for the Ready-mix business.
Support to provide for the following applications.
1. Advance Weigh Bridge (Weighment application)
2. Command Batch (Production application)
3. Aquarius (Production application)
4. IDS (Production application)
5. Schwing Shutter(Production application)
6 Command QC (Quality application)
Service Availability:
· Support Duration: 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M, Monday to Friday.
8:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M Saturday
