Support Engineer – .Net (WCF and WPF)
High achievement in process quality improvement and defects resolution in .Net.
⚫ Worked with stakeholders’ developers and production teams across units to analyse and
fix the issue.
⚫ Ensured best practice application to maintain security and integrity of data.
Provides technical support to application development teams. This is usually in the form
of a helpdesk support.
⚫ Quick analysis and resolution of the of the defects/bugs.
⚫ Monitor, maintain and performance optimization of the web application and the services.
⚫ Troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate problems and failures in the applications. Have
excellent debugging capabilities.
⚫ Strong understanding of OOPs concepts
⚫ Assist in the development and maintenance.
⚫ Perform all duties and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
⚫ Respond to technical emergencies outside of normal working hours as needed.
⚫ Manage and support third party integration software.
⚫ Experience in service oriented architecture and entity framework.
⚫ Prepare design specifications and functional documentations for assigned projects/
issues.

Salary: ₹843,461.64 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
