Key Skills: Dotnet Developer (ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, Angular js, Angular 6 and 13, C#.NET, ADO.NET, and SQL)
Looking for an experienced, product-oriented backend developer to join our software engineering team and help ensure that the experience of our clients is second to none. This can mean anything from building new APIs to enhancing our consumer dashboard, to improving the performance and maintainability of our code base. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team that is focused on improving the digital banking experience for our consumer and small business customers
Responsibilities:
• Web API development
• UI Feature development
• Participate in technical design and contribute insights and ideas
• Successfully troubleshoot most application problems independently; determine the root cause and fix the problem
• Contribute to the development of project plans, identify key milestones, and raise critical project issues such as resource needs and contingencies
• Support other developers through problem-solving by identifying as well as evolving standards, best practices, and reusable solutions
• Document code and system processes and procedures in a clear manner
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of API development experience (using .NET Core preferred)
• At least 2 years of front-end development experience (using AngularJS/Angular 10 preferred)
• Familiarity with AWS-based Microservices and containerized architecture
• Solid understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Experience with API design, implementation, and integration
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and SVN
• Experience with deployment systems such as Docker and Pipelines
• Familiarity with background processing
• Experience with test-driven development (Moq, XUnit, or similar)
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in the products being built
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team member
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field
• Financial services industry experience
• Professional AWS Solutions Certification
