Job Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Lead with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in both frontend and backend technologies, particularly in .NET/.NET Core and ReactJS or NodeJS. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a solid understanding of DevOps, microservices, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
You will be responsible for driving the development of scalable, high-performance applications, mentoring team members, and ensuring best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and contribute to full-stack development using .NET 8/.NET Core, ReactJS/NodeJS, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Work closely with DevOps tools such as CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, Containers, and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
• Manage deployment on Azure/AWS cloud platforms, including services like App Services, Redis, Service Bus, Storage, VMs, and Function Apps.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to SOLID principles and Microsoft best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Translate abstract concepts and business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and communicate effectively in English.
• Contribute to and advocate for Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and iterative development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6- 8 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong command of .NET Core/.NET 8, ReactJS or Node.js, and SQL.
• Proficient in frontend technologies such as React, Redux, Material UI, Bootstrap, and TypeScript/CSS/SCSS.
• Proven DevOps experience, including CI/CD, GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins, and containerization tools.
• Strong knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with database design, ETL, and performance optimization.
• Solid grasp of design patterns, SDLC methodologies, and Agile frameworks.
• Prior experience handling multi-shore product development or distributed teams.
• Exposure or domain knowledge in Supply Chain is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science (B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills.
