Position : NetSuite Administrator
Location : Chennai / HYD / Mumbai / Pune / Coimbatore / Kochi
Experience : 5 15 years
Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager (Software Development Manager) to be a key leader in our Corporate Business Operations and Systems group.
Responsible for managing global implementations of key business systems and integrations to support rapid scaling of the organization.
Be thought leader in introducing and applying software development best practices and new technologies to suit business needs.
Key Accountability :
• Maintenance and daily management of the NetSuite platform including system controls
• Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
• Technical administration, including data integration with multiple systems
• Responsible for technical requirements, system configuration, data integrity and all system-related policies and procedures
• Primary point of contact to NetSuite Support, providing support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance and liaise with vendors as needed
• Maintain proper system access for all roles Train users on NetSuite, providing support to users and maintaining proper system access;
and support end user technical requests.
• Develop Reports as needed by the Business users
• Provide regular status updates to cross functional teams and key stakeholders
• Be a key contributor in systems and process integration initiatives as part of M&A activity by the Organization
Must Have :
• Minimum of 4 years working with NetSuite as an Administrator with NetSuite Admin certification
• Minimum of 5 years working in Finance / Accounting systems administration
• NetSuite Administrator level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, saved searches, dashboards, and forms to manage unique business process requirements within NetSuite
• Experience with NetSuite modules including core financials, procurement, and sales order processing in a subscription sales based business model
• Experience with the SuiteCloud developer tool set
• A strong understanding of Order to Cash business processes and requirements
• Project management and system implementation experience
• Ability to create and complete project deliverables and documentation
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
