Job Description:
Shift: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Experience: 2+ years
Location: Work from Home
Responsibilities
• Provide a general IT resource who is an ERP expert with experience in Oracle NetSuite.
• Implement customized reports and Save Search functions in Oracle NetSuite to support inventory management, accounting, operations, and sales teams.
• Provide IT support related to these ERP tools, troubleshoot issues etc.
• Provides EDI support to seamlessly integrate customers purchase orders and invoicing to/from NetSuite.
• Reports to the controller and coordinates with an in-house IT system specialist to ensure the ERP system meets business needs.
• 3-5 years of experience working with ERP systems, particularly Oracle NetSuite.
• Support various supplier portals provided by retail customers to manage data.
• Support various E-commerce sites including Amazon and Shopify to manage E-commerce business
Requirements
• Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluency in English communication.
• Must have a laptop/ PC and good Internet connectivity to perform these tasks from home.
