Job Description
Databricks is looking for a NetSuite Developer with a thorough knowledge of software design. In this position you will implement and maintain configurations, customisation, and integrations for supporting the continued growth and efficiencies of the Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Finance processes. The ideal candidate has passion for solution engineering, an eye for recommending and developing process improvements.
The impact you will have:
Develop and customize NetSuite ERP modules, scripts and workflows
Troubleshoot application and script issues and manage these to resolution
Collaborate with other team members to build robust functionality to automate and scale the business
Assist in designing and implementing a robust code management and deployment process
Integrate with various other business applications, such as Coupa, Workday and Salesforce
Develop, test and deploy customisations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs.
Plan, review and manage change configurations and customisation requests.
Design and build enhancements and new financial systems functionality to support business needs, while maintaining scalability, ensuring system integrity, security, best practices and leveraging data where possible to highlight impact.
Support existing custom scripts
Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards.
Develop, launch and manage in-depth KPI's, dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual level.
What we look for:
5-7+ years of experience with NetSuite development, implementations, and integrations
Strong knowledge and experience with Javascript, SuiteScript, and the Suitecloud customization platform
Familiarity in integration approaches and strategies, preferably work involving web services
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills
Highly self-motivated and directed by being a great team player
Responsibilities to handle multiple projects, with multiple clients and the pressures of managing the required timelines
Proven ability to create technical documents as well as interpret functional requirements
Experience in an agile methodology environment and the use of tools like JIRA Preferred Certifications: NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, ERP Consultant
Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
