About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled professional to take ownership of our inventory data structure and e-commerce operations.
This is not a typical e-commerce or inventory role. You will be responsible for transforming a large, complex product catalog into a clean, structured, and scalable e-commerce engine.
The role begins with organizing and optimizing our entire product database and evolves into leading the launch and ongoing management of a new e-commerce platform.
You will play a key role in shaping how our products are structured, discovered, and sold online.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & NetSuite Management
Design, build, and optimize the inventory database structure in NetSuite (custom fields, records, item types, assemblies, matrices, locations)
Clean and standardize existing inventory data (resolve duplicates, naming conventions, data integrity)
Configure inventory features (multi-location inventory, lot/serial tracking, demand planning, costing methods)
Perform data imports/exports and mass updates with accuracy and audit control
E-Commerce & Website Ownership (Core Focus)
Take full ownership of maintaining and managing the company website
Clean, organize, and fully populate all product data (descriptions, specs, images, attributes, categories)
Structure products for filtering, search, and online merchandising
Maintain real-time synchronization between NetSuite and the website (inventory, pricing, availability, orders)
Continuously improve user experience and product discoverability
Platform Transition & Growth
Lead the transition to a new e-commerce platform once the database is optimized
Manage and optimize the new platform post-launch
Work with internal teams and external developers to implement enhancements
Collaboration & Support
Work with operations, sales, finance, and marketing teams to implement improvements
Support CRM integration and reporting accuracy
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, integration issues, and performance concerns
What We’re Looking For
Experience with NetSuite (inventory management, data structure, saved searches, workflows)
Experience working with or managing e-commerce platforms (B2B preferred)
Strong attention to detail and data organization skills
Ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and scope of responsibility, with strong growth potential
We are open to higher compensation for candidates who bring:
Strong NetSuite architecture experience
Proven success managing and scaling e-commerce platforms
Experience leading platform migrations or implementations
