Designation-Support Engineer
Preference:
1-2 Years Experience or freshers,Candidates from Western Suburbs, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Field and Remote Support to Customers and Partners
Sales Demo’s, Site Surveys and Installation
Training and Regular Certification of Different In-house Courses is Must.
Install, test, maintain, and repair the systems sold by the company.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Providing Support to end Customers and Partners.
• Organizing and providing training to Partners.
• Creating network design and architecture after getting requirements and discuss with client’s understanding of the products of networking
• Require good knowledge of Routing Switching, Wireless.
• Provide technical solutions in the area of Enterprise Network (LAN, Campus LAN, WAN Controllers), LLB (Link Load Balances)delivery wireless LAN), SLB/ADC (Application Firewall, IPS, NAC, VPN DDoS Network Security
• Conducting POCs. And demonstrates about the network infrastructure design clarity in scopes of work and services ensure to work closely with service delivery team to cost analysis.
• Ability to interact with OEMs in working out technical solution and validating the BOQ , services , SOW etc as required in the opportunity/ business Ability to discuss and pitch the technical solutions with clients as per the business needs.
• Preferable Design appropriate solutions in line with the client requirements and ability to prepare proposals and make technically accurate responses to RFPs (functional and technical).
Requirement:
• B.E/B. Tech (04 Yr. Degree Course): Pref : Electrical/Electronics/IT /Telecom
• At least two years of experience in Technical Field.
• Good Communication Skills
• MS-Office Knowledge
• Conveyance Must
