. Excellent ticket documentation skills Escalate support issues/outages/escalated ticket
s.Trouble shoot ticket updates and administration throughout the life of the ticket Customer update through issue resolution for Escalated Issue
s.Make data driven decisions L1 Trouble shooting experienc
e.Should have experience in Routing and Switching with troubleshooting experienc
e.WIFI / Wireless experience is added advantag
e.CCNA knowledge/ certification is preferred not mandator
