Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Network Design & Implementation: Design and deploy LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Install and configure network hardware and software to meet organizational needs. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor network performance, analyze traffic, and implement improvements to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime. Provide Level 2/3 support for complex network Security Management: Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls. Regularly update security protocols to protect against emerging threats. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Collaboration & Training: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to align network solutions with business requirements. Provide training and guidance to junior network staff and end-users.
