Audika is part of Demant, a world-leading hearing healthcare group that offers solutions and services to help people with hearing loss. Worldwide the group employs more than 22,000 staff in more than 30 countries and distributes hearing healthcare and intelligent audio solutions to people in more than 130 countries.
In Australia, Audika has over 350 clinics who provide hearing services to our valued clients. We strive to put hearing care on the health care agenda and to improve the quality of life of people living with hearing loss.
Responsibilities
At Audika, we are committed to improving the quality of life for people with hearing loss, and we are on a mission to expand our network of clinics across Australia.
We’re looking for a Network Expansion Manager (NEM) to lead the onboarding and development of newly acquired clinics as well as the successful development and opening of greenfield locations. This hands-on, results-driven role is ideal for someone who is passionate about clinic operations, building relationships, sales, and team leadership.
If you're an experienced sales & operations leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves to travel, and is eager to drive clinic success, we want to hear from you!
We’re open to hear from candidates from Sydney or Melbourne!
Lead the successful development and onboarding of acquired and greenfield clinics, ensuring they transition to BAU within set timeframes.
Train, mentor, and support clinic teams to achieve sales targets and deliver consistent, high-quality client care.
Oversee clinic performance, with full P&L responsibility, ensuring compliance with Audika’s operating model and brand standards.
Drive local area marketing initiatives and community engagement to support clinic growth and visibility.
Act as a strategic and operational leader across up to 12 clinics, fostering a culture of accountability, development, and collaboration.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
Proven leadership experience in regional or divisional operations and sales management, preferrable in the retail multi-site setting.
Strong commercial acumen with in-depth knowledge of sales, operations, and performance management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build meaningful connections.
Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail, data-driven decision-making abilities, and proficiency in Windows-based applications.
Adaptable, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to exceeding performance targets.
What's in it for you:
Flexibility to work from home, with ~50% of the time travelling to clinics across Australia.
The chance to lead the expansion of Audika’s presence and contribute to the growth of the business.
Competitive Salary & Benefits Including travel allowances, performance-based bonuses, and career development opportunities
Be part of a highly motivated team where collaboration and success are celebrated.
Professional development through clear career path and professional training
