Role & responsibilities
Conduct site surveys to identify potential issues and optimize network performance.
Collaborate with customers to resolve customer service issues related to broadband services.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fault rectification, splicing, and testing of optical fibers
Candidates comfortable with Operation & Maintenance of Network Elements / Network Sites.
Should be comfortable with Flexible Timings (247 ) / as & when required.
Provide field support for broadband services, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates must have graduate/Diploma.
Candidates belong from Mumbai and Pune location.
Must have sound knowledge on Electrical Parameters & Network.
1-3 years of experience in Network Engineering or Field Support role with expertise in Broadband Services, Fiber Optics, GPON technology.
Network Background is a must ( L2 Network / Wi-Fi Deployment )
Field Experience required.
