We are Hiring Technician/Core Network Maintenance.

• Position: Technician/Core Network Maintenance
• Salary: 5300 AED + Other Benefits
Qualification:
• - Bachelor's/Diploma Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience:
• - Minimum of 5 years in network maintenance and operations.
Skills and Responsibilities:
• Routine Maintenance & Fault Rectification: - Support routine link provision, preventive maintenance, and fault rectification tasks for the Core Transmission Network and IP.
• Fixed Network Operation & Maintenance: - Handle activities including optical/electrical circuit provision, cessations, re-routing, and network failure resolutions due to traffic and hardware issues.
• Transmission Technology & Equipment: - Experience with transmission technology and equipment such as Cisco routers, switches, SDH, DWDM, IP network, firewalls, etc.
• Fault Management: - Attend and clear faults reported by NOCs related to the transmission network using tools such as analyzers, light sources, and power meters.
• ODTR Testing: - Conduct ODTR testing to locate fiber optic cable faults and during cable outages.
• Support Maintenance Activities: - Assist in maintenance activities including acceptance testing (ATP, ACL, etc.) of new fiber optic cables and network nodes.
Requirements Criteria:
• - Candidates with experience in DWDM and core network maintenance are particularly preferred.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in network maintenance.
