Network Operations Associate – Insurance & Healthcare Services – 2+ Years – Bangalore
We are hiring a Health Network Operations Associate to manage and support operational activities related to hospital network management within the insurance ecosystem. This role involves working on data management, compliance, tariff handling, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of health network operations.
Location – Bangalore

Responsibilities –
• Manage and maintain hospital network data, including empanelment and information updates.
• Handle tariff management and ensure accurate pricing structures for network hospitals.
• Support TPA and hospital network coordination and information management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines related to hospital network operations.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, SOP updates, and manage internal ticketing systems for operational efficiency.
Requirements –
• 1–3 years of experience in General Insurance, Health Insurance, TPA, or Hospital operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Graduate or Diploma holder (B.Com, BBA, BBM, Computer Applications, or related fields).
