Seeking an associate with deep network and wireless knowledge and experience, who can multitask and think intuitively. Candidates should be flexible and able to implore time management and project management skills, as well as have strong troubleshooting abilities. The primary responsibility of this position is supporting Capital One Branch and Café network and wireless environments. The position is also responsible for some Branch desktop support, voice support and general IT support. Other responsibilities include using network monitoring tools and utilities for proactive monitoring, troubleshooting and incident response. Areas of focus include routing, switching, network security, and Cisco wireless hardware and software. Ability to communicate and foster collaboration in IT and business areas, as well as build relationships with business partners and other support teams is critical.
