Roles & Responsibility Experience 1 -2 Years✓ Experience in troubleshooting L2 Network related issues✓ Knowledge and working experience on Cisco Networking Products (Routers & Switches).✓ Should work on Network related tickets and close the same within agreed SLA.✓ Understand and follow SOPs ensuring compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA).✓ Escalate unresolved incidents to next level.✓ Strong ability to diagnose network alerts, events or issues.✓ Good understanding of Switching and Routing Protocols.✓ Working Knowledge of multiple network programs, configuration and debugging techniques.✓ Vendor coordination - Follow up with vendors for pending callsSoft Skills: High Integrity, problem solving skills and learning attitude, analytical and presentation skills and Process oriented
