Job description
Position: Recruitment Intern
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Stipend: INR 6,000 - INR 8,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Use job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for recruitment strategies and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience using social media platforms for professional purposes.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Location: Must be based in Bangalore for potential on-ground activities and local coordination.
- Equipment: Must have a personal laptop and reliable internet connection for remote work.
