Job Description
Installation, Troubleshooting, and maintenance of Windows Desktop's, Laptop, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 Mail servers, and Windows servers.
Installation and maintenance of EDR (CrowdStrike, TrendMicro. or any other EDR) on the client as well as server (e.g.EPO)side.
Cisco L2 and L3 Switches configuration and maintenance.
Patch Management, Capacity Management using tools Saner now and Crowd strike.
Network and structured cabling.
NAS drive and AWS S3 backup maintenance and configurations.
Monitor the SIEM, DLP, and CrowdStrike EDR.
Check all the schedular status of the EDR and SIEM, check the logs, and create a report.
AWS Handson knowledge
Qualification & Experience:-
Minimum 3 years of experience & above in Microsoft Windows Desktops, laptops, and Servers for hardening, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Experience in IT networking with CCNA certification or without certification.
Hands-on experience in Firewall.
Installation and configuration of Antivirus server and clients.
Microsoft certified or Azure Experience will be preferred.
Knowledge of EDR, DLP SIEM.
AWS certified.
