Role Description: Use expertise with network operations, network security and familiarity with VOIP, Wifi & Telecom to drive growth for clients Key Responsibilities:Maintaining the Network & Telecom infrastructure for high availability in 24x7 environmentManaging VOIP over data networks and management of Firewalls, IPS, Remote/SSl VPN'sPerformance monitoring & optimization of all Links & networking equipment like Routers, SwitchesWorking in a 24x7 environment i.e Rotational shifts including night shifts (home drop facility Available for Night Shift)Coordinating with clients for various connectivity requirements (VPN's etc.)Setting high standards of security (ISO 27001)Ensure all support calls are completed within SLA Qualifications/CertificationsBE/ BTech/ MS/ MCA What are we looking forTeam Player, so that can collaborate, challenge and energize the teamAnalytical and Logical Thinking required to solve complex problemsWorking in ITIL based environments Band monitoring and management...
