Description
The role of the Technical Lead at Netxd is to manage developer workflow, build & deploy the application on multiple DEV, QA, UAT environments. This involves coordination with overseas teams/client(s) and plan tasks. The Technical Lead will manage UAT environments, resolve technical issues and implement file protocols and swift message architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for continuously automating manual processes, and enhancing procedure with the latest tools, apart from plugging vulnerabilities.
Your Background
Required :
• Engineering graduate or equivalent degree in computer science or application
• 6+ years overall experience in software engineering, of which 3+ years in the role of Technical Lead
• Experience in Golang, MongoDB
• Experience in working with Rest APIs, and advanced knowledge of object-oriented principles and development
• Experience in Angular or React and design patterns in Javascript
• Experience in Cloud Deployment through AWS Azure
• Strong experience in performance testing and knowledge of hybrid mobile application development
• Good experience in Agile Methodology and
• Experience in Angular, Springboot, SQL
• First Class graduate in Computer Science from a reputed
• Support process delivery by ensuring/maximising performance of production teams
• Receive and resolve technical escalations and build technical capability of dev teams
• Review performance dashboards and team performance parameters
• Resolve queries as laid down in SLAs in the contract
• Analyze logs to identify issues and prevent recurrence of same issues
• Bridge skill gaps of teams to develop operational excellence
• Setup Continuous integration, deployment, enhance CI/CD pipeline with latest tools
• Assess, contribute & suggest tools and procedures for implementation
• Mentor team members, share knowledge and contribute to project success
