Your Role and Responsibilities:
To be the trusted guide, helping customers select the right vehicle by understanding their needs.
Master our product lineup and effectively communicate the value and benefits of the Toyota brand.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership's continued growth.
Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Possesses a valid OMVIC license and a full G Driver's License with clean driver abstract.
Has a strong work ethic and an unwavering drive to succeed.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Is coachable, with a strong willingness to learn, grow, and apply constructive direction.
Is punctual, professional, and brings a positive attitude to the team every day.
What considered as an asset:
Previous Toyota sales experience
Reward winner from other brands sales operation
Fluently speaks other languages, for example: Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean,
Punjabi, Urdu, Russian, Ukrainian, etc
