Role Summary

You’ll process new applications, assist with additional business, and ensure all work meets the highest Financial Services standards. Primary (Key) Responsibilities
The complete administration of New Business applications whilst in proposal / underwriting
Liaise with Underwriters
Focus on National Completions post and priority Service for priority customers
Responding internal & customer queries in writing and via the telephone
Meeting all service standards and quality objectives
Following up external parties for further information such as medical professionals; other internal departments
Secondary Responsibilities
Ad-hoc requests / tasks from management when required
Relationship building (internal / external)
Filing / General Office Administration
Experience and Qualifications:
Required / Highly Regarded or beneficial
Administration experience
Specific Life insurance experience - preferred
Attributes or Skills Required:
Customer Service Orientation
Prioritisation and organisational skills
Relationship building & communication skills (internal / external)
Complaint resolution skills
Basic Project Management Skills
Insurance industry systems experience
Microsoft Office Experience
