Job Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated New Business Development & Telemarketing Specialist with experience in real estate and advertising sales to drive growth across our print and digital marketing products. This role focuses on connecting with real estate agents and brokerages to promote advertising opportunities including magazines, listing folders, and digital exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to real estate agents, teams, and brokerages
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
Sell advertising solutions including print magazines, digital ads, and branded folders
Book presentations and virtual/in-person meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships within the real estate community
Manage and track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
Re-engage past clients and warm leads
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
Experience in real estate, advertising sales, or media sales required
Proven success in cold calling and closing deals
Strong understanding of real estate marketing needs
Confident communicator with excellent phone presence
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
