Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage new retail clients
Conduct outbound calls and schedule appointments
Perform casual drop-ins to prospective customers
Close sales and build strong client relationships
Maintain accurate records of activity and performance
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in commission-based sales
Experience selling into Metcash and/or Thomas Foods affiliated outlets (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
Background in food or smallgoods industry highly regarded
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Compensation
Base salary + commission structure
On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $90K–$100K+ annually
Uncapped earning potential based on performance
